Robin Hood Network (this website) is an informational umbrella site that presents independent projects and tools. It describes what the projects do, what stage they are at and how to get involved. Using this website is free.

Information, not advice

Everything on this website is general information. It is not legal, tax, financial, immigration, healthcare or employment advice, and it does not create any professional relationship. Rules differ by country, change over time and depend on your personal situation. Before acting on anything involving law, tax, immigration, healthcare or employment, consult a qualified professional who knows your situation.

We do not promise that any fine will be cancelled, that any fare will be cheaper, that any company structure or relocation is suitable for you, or that any obligation stops applying because you move. Where a project is labelled Concept, Research or Building, nothing about it is available to use.

The projects are separate

FineFix, Train Hopper, KVKlaar, NaVi and any future project are separate products. Each has its own terms and privacy policy which apply when you use it. Links to them are provided for convenience.

Accuracy

We try hard to keep this website accurate and honest, and we correct mistakes when they are pointed out. We do not guarantee the site is error-free or always available. Use it at your own judgement.

Intellectual property

The Robin Hood Network name, logo, texts and design are owned by the initiative. You may share links and quote reasonable excerpts with attribution. You may not present this website or its brand as your own, or use the name in a way that suggests endorsement.

Not affiliated

Robin Hood Network is not affiliated with Robinhood Markets, Inc., any Robin Hood foundation, charity or political organisation, or any government body. The name refers to the idea of giving ordinary people back clarity, time and choice.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the initiative is not liable for any loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are brought before the competent court in the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version.
